After Robin has upgraded your house, you will receive a letter in the mail from Lewis explaining the Maker’s Market.
To have Joseph’s Seed Shop appear in the Town Square, players must have upgraded their farmhouse to include a kitchen.

How to Make the Seed Shop Appear: (Light Spoilers) Please note that this version of Joseph's Seed Shop is a demo/beta test version of the upcoming GMM mod expansion and only features a portion of what will be included in the main mod. This mod is a part of a larger mod-in-progress called “The Grampleton Maker’s Market” and features a bi-monthly temporary seed shop where players can purchase a variety of traditional and modern Native North American seeds, crops, and recipes.
